The sales representatives at new construction communities generally work for the builder. If you would like to have your own representation, you will need to choose an professional agent to represent you. If you've walked through a model home, you may have noticed all of the lovely features that are often present in model homes. In many cases, these features are upgrades. In many new construction developments, even the back yard fence is not included in the advertised price. I can help you negotiate these types of amenities to ensure that your new home meets your expectations, and I take time to fully understand the things that matter to you before we get started.
